Ogario London's Restore & Shine Hair Masque

(full size available from Ogario London for £26.50/200ml but I obtained this as a free sample from their Olympic offer)

Ogario London was founded by Norris Ogario and is a haircare range with products containing plant extracts and essentially oils that help improve hair and make it shiny and healthy. Since having longer hair I've become increasingly more interested in new hair products and hair masques themselves. After colouring my hair several times and blow drying it more often it has dried out a little so the 'restore & shine' masque is perfect for me!
This is a sample so the packaging cannot be fully extrapolated to the 200ml pot but the simple and classy design remains consistent throughout all of their products which makes a subtle but intriguing statement in bathrooms.

The first thing I noticed was the smell which is absolutely beautiful. I can hands down say it is one of the most glorious smells a product has ever produced. It uses Sage and Lavender but it smells like nothing I could ever explain. To me I'd describe it as lemon biscuits which you may think would be overpowering but it's not at all - it has the perfect strength.

Ogario state that this has been 'lovingly developed to combat the effects of chemical treatments, sun damage and styling' and helps leave hair 'soft, shiny and manageable' which is something I'm sure we all want! On first use I kept the masque on my hair for ten minutes and, after washing my hair thoroughly, the results were pretty clear. My hair was left shiny and looking so glossy and thick. It got rid of any signs of damage from colouring etc. I'm extremely impressed with the results and the smell lingered for a while after usage as well which is lovely when it smells that amazing. Upon second use I used the product for 3 minutes and found the results to be similar although the smell wasn't as 'permanent' as when I left it longer which, of course, is expected.

I'm sure this isn't the last you'll be hearing of Ogario London and I hope to be able to try out the rest of their range.
