Amazing Graze

(each box is £3.89 which includes postage and the box containing 4 punnets. there are many discounts available and if you use the code 4ZJKWDQ you can obtain your first free box)

Graze are a brand that offer healthy, natural food from nuts and fruits to bread and flapjacks in form of a box containing 4 punnets. They deliver to your door on a day you choose and fit easily through your letterbox. Once you sign up you can choose what treats you like the look of and can 'bin' certain suggestions if they don't take your fancy whilst clicking 'try' on others and 'like' or 'love' if you enjoy a specific product. You're not tied down and can cancel at any time with no commitments. I've been back and forth several times.

I used Graze throughout college and would have 1 a day as a snack. I found it kept control of my eating habits by snacking through moderation and chose this rather than reaching for something more unhealthy. What I love is that they have a mixture of nuts and berries as well as interesting dips to break up what you're eating. I personally am not keen on nuts so I 'bin' most of those options but there're so many to choose from that even the fussiest of people will find something!

Their delivery is usually excellent however for the first time I received my box a day late. I can only say that this may be due to the Olympics so there's no real surprise. I've never had this issue before though.

Herby Bread Basket
This is a mixture of basil baguette, garlic croutons and oregano rice crackers. It was absolutely beautiful and crunchy with plenty of flavour although I definitely wouldn't recommend it if you're going out or in a meeting/at work as the smell of garlic after eating is really off putting and repeated back on me for a good few hours after.

Blueberry Swirl
Including dried raspberry, cranberry, blackcurrant and blueberry yoghurt raisins this one is pink and pretty! The berries are sweet but not overpoweringly so and the hardness of the berries mixed with the yoghurt coated raisins are gorgeous.

Summer Berry Compote
A mixture of 3 shortbread biscuits and a beautiful berry compote to dip it in. This is my favourite of all the Graze snacks I've had. It is beautifully subtle but at the same time really appeals to my sweet side. I'd definitely recommend this as a healthy treat.

Korai Chutney
I'm not a big fan of spicy/curried food so I was apprehensive about trying this but it is not in any way spicy like I thought. It contains rice crackers and a beautifully mild chutney that really compliment each other. Couldn't recommend this any more!

You can always push back an order and have one fortnightly or have a one-off box. Graze has so many options to choose from and so many treats as well. Check out their website for more information, recipes and remember to use the code 4ZJKWDQ for your first free box!
