(I purchased mine from Amazon for £6.09 although there are a variety of places that sell Shamballa bracelets a lot cheaper than those professional bracelets)
My mum had been talking about Shamballa bracelets and I've seen them on internet sites for some time now. To be perfectly honest I've always thought they look a bit ugly - much like disco balls attached together with a piece of rope. However, my friend purchased one and up close they're gorgeous. They have a subtle hint of colour and the way they're done it reminds me of the bracelets you can purchase on holiday in Spain and Lanzarote etc.
I purchased mine in pink for no reason other than the fact I love the colour pink. as you can see there are 7 pink balls and 4 silver joined together. The glitter crystals on the bracelet are very subtle so it doesn't look overly tacky and adds a nice element of class.
Doing up the bracelet is easy and I find it sits on my wrist comfortably without feeling weighted down. I rarely wear jewellery as it feels 'enclosed' on me (hard to explain but it makes sense in my head)! Shamballa bracelets though are so much prettier than I judged them to be and recommend them whether you pay a high end price or cheaper. (The quality will obviously be better with a more expensive bracelet but the lower prices don't generally make a huge amount of difference.)
Has anyone else purchased one?
